Hello everyone.
First of all, thanks for this cool tool, really.

We are trying to build a zone tree based on geonames.
In a few cases, we found differences between what is shown in map ( http://www.geonames.org/2485926/oran.html ) and what is given at api ( http://api.geonames.org ).

Here is an example, of Argelia:

We can see Oran as a PPLA: http://www.geonames.org/2485926/oran.html
Oran belongs to Oran (ADM1): http://www.geonames.org/2485920/oran.html
And Oran (ADM1) belongs to Algeria: http://www.geonames.org/2589581/people-s-democratic-republic-of-algeria.html

Right. Now, from the api we look for children of Oran (ADM1), http://api.geonames.org/children?username=demo&geonameId=2485920&lang=en&maxRows=1000
and we get only one element "Daïra d'Oran", 2485924.
We haven't found Oran as PPLA.

Also, we've done a search of all sons of country Argelia (geonameId = 2589581), all 'grandchildren' and all 'great-grandchildren' recursively; without finding Oran (PPLA).

It's not a matter of non-existance of Oran (PPLA), we can get it: http://api.geonames.org/get?geonameId=2485926&username=demo

Are we missing something? Is there any way to know the parent given a geonameId as we can know the children?
