I am able to retrieve the hierarchy between Country -> Province -> City. However, when I want to retrieve the child of city such as park, building, spot, lake, I can only find by giving the country code, ADM1 related to Province.
For example, if I want to relate University of Calgary under Calgary city and University of Alberta or Alberta Hospital under Edmonton, please let me know how do I relate these.
