Hello,

I have made an api service (student project) that in turn uses GeoNames api: http://datajournalist.se/geotext/public/

I have a free account. Would it be allowed for me to let my users submit their GeoNames username to my api service, and then access GeoNames api with their username? (if they trust me enough...). Thereby they would not risk exceeding the call limit due to other users' calls.
