Hello,

Some (more than 1000) level 4 administrative divisions in France have officially merged since January 1st, 2016. For example, Beny Bocage and 19 other 'communes' (level 4 administrative division in France) have officially merged into one 'commune' named 'Souleuvre en Bocage'.
When will this be taken into account in geoname ?

Best regards

marc

Hi

Most changes are done. Example:
http://www.geonames.org/6456727/souleuvre-en-bocage.html

The polygon and adm4 info, however have not yet been updated. The data is not yet released by the French governmental agencies. It was announced for June, but I still cannot see it on the website:

Best Regards

Marc
