I have a situation in the polish city_1000 dump file, where there are multiple occurances of the same name, e.g: Adamów,Adamow (truename/asciiname). When a user searches for this name they get a result but I do not know how to separate them so the user can get the one they are after. They appear the same other than Lat/Long and possibly the admin1 code, but I do not know whatthis admin1 code relates to.

Can anyone recommend a method of doing this (or do I need additional SQL information).
