Hello

This file doesn't exist anymore ?

I remember it contains admin1CodesASCII.txt + some obsolete records

We have removed it from the export directory as it contained a lot of encoding errors for the obsolete records. It was also confusing for a lot of users to have two very similar files. I have attached the latest version of the file.
