Hi Marc:
The files that changing continuously are Allcountries and AlternateNames, and they are perfectly controlled with his corresponding updates and deletes files.
With the rest of files (admin1CodesASCII.txt , admin1Codes.txt, countryInfo.txt, featureCodes.txt , iso-languagecodes.txt and timeZones.txt) I have several doubts:
* the files admin1CodesASCII.txt , admin1Codes.txt and featureCodes.txt, can be modified
* the files countryInfo.txt, iso-languagecodes.txt and timeZones.txt, can they be modified?

In any case, I think that this files, in any time, can be modified, adding new columns, for example, not?
Even, I think that any day, it could have some files more, not?

These files are rarely modified, but they are not absolutely immutable.
