Hi chougrani

The data is available under a cc-by licence here :
http://download.geonames.org/export/dump/

There are also a lot of web services :
http://www.geonames.org/export/

Java source code for the geonames API and some helper classes are available here :
http://www.geonames.org/source-code/

Source code for a GeoRSS module for Rome :
http://georss.geonames.org/

We would gladly release more code, but we simply lack the resources. You can help us with your contribution. For example you can help answer questions in this forum. It seems we are not fast enough for some users

Regards

Marc

Ok, I have added an other jar with the source code.

On sourceforge it is here for the code :

http://geonames.cvs.sourceforge.net/geonames/geonames/java/src/org/geonames/

and here for some data :
http://geonames.cvs.sourceforge.net/geonames/data/
