Hello,

Hau Giang (7506719) is an adm1 in Vietnam.
Its hierarchy, as indicated by the webservice, is not complete (directly under "Earth"): http://ws.geonames.org/hierarchy?geonameId=7506719
The sws service doesn't recognize the id (http://sws.geonames.org/7506719/about.rdf).

In the last two weeks a lot of updates have been made directly on the database. These updates and inserts have not been immediately available on all servers and it needed a deployment of the full database to make the data visible. On the ws and the sws server the data is now uptodate.
