In the file admin1CodesASCII.txt the name of 3 French regions is not valid

FR.A5 is “Corsica” it should be “Corse”.
FR.A2 is “Brittany” it should be “Bretagne”.
FR.99 is “Lower Normandy” it should be “Basse-Normandie”.

I’m French , but you can double check here: http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/R%C3%A9gion_fran%C3%A7aise#/media/File:R%C3%A9gions_de_France.svg
