I just noticed that timezone data is missing for Kosovo. Maybe a little glitch in the DB due to the recent introduction of the Kosovo countrycode?

thanks. you are right this is a consequence of adding a code for Kosovo. If have fixed it and the service returns the timezone for Serbia as no timezone for Kosovo exists.
