Hello,

I need to load every postal codes of France (all areas)

No problem to load France (FR), and also Guadeloupe (GP), Martinique (MQ), Guyane (GF), Réunion (RE), Mayotte (YT), Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon (PM)

But impossible to find the postal codes for:
* Wallis-et-Futuna (WF), I can see the page http://www.geonames.org/postal-codes/postal-codes-wallis-and-futuna.html, but no postal codes at http://download.geonames.org/export/zip/WF.zip, postal codes start with 986
* Polynésie française (PF), postal codes start with 987
* Nouvelle-Calédonie (NC), postal codes start with 988

Is there some reasons why those postal codes are not in GeoNames ?

Indeed, there's an official OpenData for postal codes for France (https://www.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/base-officielle-des-codes-postaux/), and it gives the global list of postal codes

You'll find in attachment an extract of this OpenData that only lists the 282 missing postal codes in GeoNames
(more precisely, all 986*, 987*, 988* postal codes are missing and also some 976* (Mayotte - YT), 971* (Guadeloupe and dependencies - GP))

What would be the best way to contribute and add thoss missing stuff ?
