Khétphisét Xaisômboun region (id: 1904619) in Lao was dissolved in 2006.

I have deleted the entry.

It takes time for the admin divisions as it requires a systematic approach.
We are working on reorganizing the admin division, first by comparing different sources (fips,iso) and fixing the inconsistencies: http://dev.geonames.org/qa/cc.html

The province in Laos still has fips and iso codes. We have added two new columns to the subdivs to manage 'from' and 'to' dates:
http://www.geonames.org/LA/administrative-division-laos.html
