Hi,

Gouvernorat de Tunis (id:2464464) and Tunis al Janubiyah Wilayat (id: 2464463) are 2 names for the same region.

I suggest to keep the Gouvernorat de Tunis (which seems to be empty) and move all adm2 of Tunis al Janubiyah Wilayat under it.

Shall I do it ?

I have deleted Tunis al Janubiyah Wilayat (id: 2464463). It had the code '00' and thus no records linked to it.
