Hi!
http://www.geonames.org/545261/kontiolakhti.html is a duplicate of
http://www.geonames.org/651659/kontiolahti.html — and on the wrong side of the Finland/Russian border. The duplicate is just a spot on a field in Russian Karelia (it used to be a village, but the Russian entry on wikipedia lists its population as being 1 (one) - so it's an abandoned place, really).
I wouldn't mind this
It's causing problems in e.g. Foursquare, because the place Kontiolahti is a municipality in Finnish Karelia with a population of some 13.000 ppl, and many new venues get tagged to be in the Russian, basically uninhabited Kontiola(k)hti.
Should the unpopulated 545261 be merged or deleted entirely?
For further reference, see e.g. wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kontiolahti
