If you don't know sql then why do you want to load it into a table?

it is difficult to help you when you don't clearly say what you need. if you speak about the dump files then you can open them with excel (it will only import the first n rows) or with access.

If you are speaking of an interactive result then I suggest you copy the html result into word/excel or even take a screenshot.

I just want to extract from the whole file the original name of the city, country etc and the ascii name.
My supervison told me to make a perl script but i'm also looking for the sql solution.
Is there an idea?

use whatever tool you are familiar with.

SQL seems an overkill, even more so as you don't really seem to know it well and don't know how to load the data into a table. Unless you want to learn it and don't care how long it takes to accomplish the task.
