Hello

Oued ed Dahab-Lagouira has ISO designation however you have not added it to Admin1 as a region of Morocco

Yes I know the region is also in Western Sahara, however this region is also part of Morocco (leaving political division aside)

As an example Dakhla ( ID 8542188 )

Administrative Hierarchy

Country = Morocco
ADM1 = Oued ed Dahab-Lagouira (EH)

Can the EH be removed and the GN number designation that you normally would use be added instead eg. 60

It is a region wiki link
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oued_Ed-Dahab-Lagouira

Thank you for all your help

SINCE SEPTEMBER 2015 THE REGION IS NOW KNOWN AS
Dakhla-Oued Ed-Dahab

We normally follow the ISO country codes and I don't think in this case it would make sense to change this.
The only exception at the moment is Kosovo, which does not yet have an ISO code but is recognized by many countries.
Dependencies are normally listed with the specific ISO country code and not the parent code.

There are even two adm1 ones here:
http://www.geonames.org/7627603/dakhla-oued-ed-dahab.html
http://www.geonames.org/6547304/oued-ed-dahab-lagouira.html

I am not very happy about this compromis though.
