Azerbaijan Manat AZM -> AZN
Cyprus CYP-> EUR from 1 January 2008 (and Turkish Lira TRY on north)
Guernsey GPD -> GBP
Isle of Man Douglas GPD -> GBP
Jersey GPD -> GBP
Ghanian Cedi GHC -> GHS
Malta MTL -> EUR
Sudan Dinar 2007 SDD-> SDG
Slovak koruna 2009 SKK -> EUR
Turkmenistan Manat 2008 TMM -> TMT
Venezuelan Bolivar 2008 VEB -> VEF
Zimbabwean dollar ZWD->.........->ZWL

In country languages, there are some mistakes
Belarussia surely does not use cru - extinct language from Brasil
Moldova language code mo is obsolete and replaced by vsi
Ethiopia has duplicit language code so-ET
