Hi again

I was searchin for the city of Rome and I noticed 2 things:

Rome's name and asciiname are .. "Rome" instead of "Roma" ( the italian name ). I'd put the name Roma as main name and Rome ( foreign language ) in the alternate names. ( gid 3169070 )

same thing for gid 3169070, "Rome Commune": it should be "Comune di Roma"

hope it helps!

ciao

Michele

Hi Michele

The main name is usually the international name. Imagine a place in China or India, nobody would be able to read these characters. The names in different languages should be in the alternate name table.

Best

Marc
