Get Postal Code from placeName is working fine for most of cases.

Except for the UK when placeName is a specific district name.
For example :
postalCode = M61 0FQ
placeName = "Ancoat and Clayton Ward"
adminName3 = "Manchester District (B)"

As you see none of them are a city name.

I can't force users to put "Ancoat and Clayton..." in the placeName, they don't even know about this district name, they should put "Manchester" and get a list of postal code proposals for the UK.

If I put 'Manchester...' in the placeName for search with web services, I get some manchester placeNames along with their postal Codes, but none of them belong to the well known city of Manchester(codes that starts with M61...). I got it, the placeName in this case represents always a district name, for administrative reasons.

I found that the postalCodeSearch services don't offer the possibility to search for other parameters than placeName or postalCode, so I will never get any Manchester postal code from this service.

Any clues of how I could do this ?
