Hi, someone con told me where I can find a file with geonameID and postal code of all the world (or Europe like Germany, France, Italy etc.)?

It's very important for me...

We don't have a separate file with geonameid and postal codes. For some countries like France the postal codes are available as alternate names.

is there a reason why only some zip codes are available as alternate names ?
Is it a goal to make them all available as zip codes ?
