strange characters in dump  XML

Hi

i found some strange character in the dump, example for featureId 2994458 : Merc<9c>œur Merc<9c>oeur

i would like to know if it is normal or due to my editor (i ve try with several editors) ?

I confirm I see the U+009C character in the middle of feature 2994458's ASCII name.

Looks like U+009C is a control character : "String terminator".

So, I believe the dump has a problem regarding this.
