To improve overall quality:

Here you can find a complete and official list of postal codes and corresponding cities:
http://www.post.at/geschaeftlich_werben_produkte_und_services_adressen_postlexikon.php
-> "PLZ Verzeichnis"

Would be nice to see them in a future update.
