I need a table that maps fips to iso-3166-2

I read http://forum.geonames.org/gforum/posts/list/1178.page
but it seems inaccurate as it is from 2009...
I also read that this dump is now part of the premium services.
Is it possible to get this without premium? I cannot afford this at the moment, p lease and thank you

I can also copy and paste from the http://www.geonames.org/pl/administrative-division-morocco.html but that would take too long for each country
