Hello,

I would need to know all postal codes that are within a certain radius (e.g. 50 km) around a certain postal code (e.g. all postal codes within 50 km radius of 54329 DE).

Is there a possibility to do that?

Yes, there is a web service for this:
http://www.geonames.org/export/web-services.html#findNearbyPostalCodes
