Hi, I noticed that the preferred alternative names in English for Fukushima, Japan is different with other prefectures in Japan.

For Fukushima, the preferred alternative names in English is Fukushima-ken now. For other prefectures (e.g: Aomori), the preferred alternative names in English is Aomori.

I would like to correct this uniformity issue and modify the name for Fukushima.
