AS per the above, is there any way to get it anyway besides.. copying and pasting?

Example: https://www.geonames.org/FR/administrative-division-france.html

I combed through the download csv pages but it's always missing a column that I need... Thanks!

This is for work.... if there's any alternate apis let me know too!
